Ray plays bass and sings harmony vocals in the band. He'll sometimes even take a turn singing lead vocal on a couple of his favorite cover songs, and he's been known to sometimes shift over to keyboards while either Dave or Casey handle bass duties. A former member of the bands the Returnables, Powderhouse and The Rotary Prophets (among others), he's been active in the Boston music scene for far too long (according to most people). But he still has a blast when performing in front of a live audience. A long-time home recordist, Ray handles most of the music production for the Procrastinators (as well as other bands) at his project studio, FOC Studios.  Ray lives in Newton MA with his wife, two kids, one very energetic rescue dog named Levon and a very jaded cat named Cassie.
